Full description
Pick the apps to block, then build the screen that takes their place. To get past it you type a phrase you set yourself, exactly as you wrote it. ■ Build the block screen One photo, a warning line, and an unlock phrase — all yours. Your parents, someone you look up to, last semester's grades. Anything. Five layouts to choose from: card, full photo, polaroid, banner, text only. ■ How you get through There is no button. You type the phrase, character for character. Then it asks once more — "You have held out 4 times in a row. Ending it here?" Getting through opens the app for a set time (1 to 30 minutes). Then it blocks again. ■ When it blocks Windows — set days and hours, like 22:00 to 02:00 every day. It runs itself. Focus sessions — start one now: 25 min, 50 min, 2 hours, or 4 hours. No-quit mode — with it on, even the phrase will not open anything until the timer ends. ■ Your record Times you met the screen, times you held out, times you gave in, current streak. Back, home, or the button — leave without going in and it counts as holding out. A weekday chart shows when you break most. Every Monday morning a notification sums up last week. ■ Everything in it is yours No stock images. No motivational quotes written by us. The photo, the lines, and the layout are all things you make. Build several sets and a different one shows up each time. ■ No server Photos, lines, and records stay on your phone. No account, no login, nothing uploaded. No ads. ■ Permissions it needs · Usage access — to notice when a blocked app opens · Display over other apps — to bring up the block screen · Ignore battery optimization — so it is not killed in the background Phone, Messages, and Settings are not in the list at all. You could not block them by accident if you tried.

What's new

· First launch now walks you through setup — permissions, your block screen, the apps to block. · The notification shows a live countdown of your session. No need to open the app. · Optional Do Not Disturb during a focus session, restored when it ends. (Turn on in Settings.) · Two days before the free week ends you get a heads-up, and you choose which app stays blocked. · Fixed: fresh installs never received any notifications.
