MICK Wash Audit

MICK is your mate in the wash bay. Motor Image Capture and Knowledge. MICK records truck washes so you can prove they happened. Every wash a driver does is captured as evidence: before and after photos of each problem area, a short rinse clip, GPS location, and the start and finish time. It is filed against the right truck, on the right day, by a named driver. When a customer, an auditor or a client site asks whether that vehicle was washed, you have the answer and you can show it. NOTHING SELF-REPORTED Most fleets already know how often a truck was washed and what chemical went on it. What no one can show is the effort. A tick box proves a claim, not the work. MICK captures the work itself. - Camera only. The driver photographs the truck in front of them and cannot upload from the gallery - A guided flow, area by area, that cannot be skipped or reordered - Every photo carries the time and the place it was taken - The wash is timed against that vehicle's own wash limit, set by the fleet - Once submitted the record is read only, even to the driver who made it - A device clock check on every wash, which protects an honest driver from a disputed record WASH INDUCTION Drivers certify every six months, in the app, at their own pace. Watch the standard, take a knowledge check with no score and no fail, confirm PPE, sign. They finish with a Certificate of Standard. No current certificate, no wash. The app enforces it, and the manager is told. FOR DRIVERS Quick, and built for one hand in a wet yard. - Sign in once, then unlock with a four digit PIN, Face ID or a fingerprint - Three tabs: Audit, History, Vehicles. Your trucks, grouped by site, searchable by rego or fleet number - Work through each area, before and after - Pan around the rinsed truck for the clip - Done. The record uploads itself, and syncs later if you had no signal Not your usual truck today? Photograph the fleet number and MICK reads it and matches it for you. Every record carries your name, so the work you did is credited to you and cannot be argued away later. MICK is free to you. Your employer licences it. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD MICK is a workplace app. You need an account from your employer, and your employer needs a current MICK licence from Elora Solutions. You cannot sign yourself up inside the app. If you have been asked to use MICK at work, your manager or Elora will set your account up for you. PRIVACY MICK reads your location only while you are recording a wash, never in the background. It does not touch your photo library, your contacts or your calendar. There is no advertising and there are no third party trackers. Your PIN never leaves your phone. Face ID and fingerprint checks are done by your phone, and biometric data is never sent to us.
