Self-service portal for employees. ▸ TASK MANAGEMENT Cross-departmental tasks with approve / reject / delegate workflows and inline cross-department dependencies. Personalised inbox for assigned tasks. ▸ DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT Centralized document repository with Google Drive integration, structured folder hierarchy, and granular role-based access control. WHY IT'S BUILT THIS WAY • Data cascade — BOQ flows into procurement, DPR, EVM and billing without re-entry • Role-based access control — managers see their team, PMs see their projects, MD sees everything • Audit trail — every create / update / delete is logged with user, timestamp, and IP • Offline tolerance — most modules cache locally so site staff can work in low-network conditions • Mobile-first — every screen is responsive; the Android app embeds the same UI as the web app ABOUT ELLORA EPC PVT LTD Ellora EPC is a Pune-based engineering, procurement, and construction company executing large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects across India.
