Elite Singularity

The Elite Singularity app enables existing Elite Interactive Solutions customers to take full advantage of the groundbreaking advances, controls and benefits delivered through this revolutionary new platform. As the originator and leading innovator of remote video guarding that has set the pace with proven crime and catastrophe prevention, Elite’s Singularity platform is a milestone for the market leader as well as the security industry itself. Elite Singularity embodies its name by unifying what had heretofore involved several disparate elements. The features-rich Singularity app now allows users to view live and recorded video, answer and place calls to and from intercoms, unlock doors, receive notifications, and activate site arm/disarm commands. That is just the tip of the iceberg, as more capabilities spanning security, safety, operations and management will all eventually be at the tip of customers’ fingertips via this convenient app (depending on service options). Only Elite delivers proven real-time perimeter monitoring, response and resolution that truly prevents crime, losses, and catastrophes. Six critical factors make Elite’s comprehensive end-to-end security solution possible: Advanced technology stack of 16 elements to eliminate noise and false alarms Forensic video surveillance system design with live voice-down Skilled intelligent command center agents with military & law enforcement experience Custom-calibrated analytics and artificial intelligence to never miss an event Continuous device and network cybersecurity health checks to ensure uptime Zero false alarms, and FBI-LEEDA approval along with an internal Law Enforcement Advisory Board to bring priority police response Proven, documented results show Elite’s stealth solution is far more effective and efficient than standard integrated security systems or guards, independently or combined. Requiring an entirely different skillset than security systems integration, it is also much more cost-effective and reliable than guards. Elite’s unmatched metrics include live operator voice-downs to sites within an average of 7 seconds and directly preventing crime 96% of the time, with the other 4% receiving priority police response that achieves apprehensions more than 60% of the time. No wonder Elite maintains an astounding customer retention rate of 99% and has been one of the industry’s fastest growing providers. Despite achieving those unprecedented results, Elite’s commitment to continuous improvement and excellence remains undiminished. The Elite Singularity platform and app raises the bar once again, with an elegant user experience befitting the sophistication of Elite's high-end solutions. Download and try it out yourself today.
