Full description

Elite60 is a 60-day structured fitness app that takes the guesswork out of getting stronger. 🏋️ AUTOMATIC PROGRESSION The app tracks your lifts and automatically tells you when to increase weight — no programming knowledge needed. Hit your reps? Weight goes up. Struggle? It holds or deloads. Your strength builds itself. 📋 5 WORKOUT PROGRAMS Choose from 5 programs built for different schedules: • PPL – Push/Pull/Legs (6 days/week) • 6-Day Bodybuilding Split • 3-Day Full Body (beginner) • 4-Day Intermediate Split • 5-Day Hypertrophy Each program runs across 4 phases: Foundation → Build → Strength → Peak. 🎯 BEGINNER & ADVANCED MODES One toggle adjusts sets, reps, and rest times across every exercise — perfect whether you're just starting out or a seasoned lifter. 🏃 GPS ATHLETICS TRACKER Track runs, cycles, and swims with live GPS mapping, real-time pace, distance, and route history saved after every session. 📊 PROGRESS DASHBOARD See your streaks, personal records, weekly volume, and goal progress all in one place with beautiful charts. 💪 STRENGTH GOAL PLANS Set a custom strength goal (e.g. Bench Press 60kg → 100kg) and get an auto-generated week-by-week plan to get there. 📱 WORKS OFFLINE Built as a PWA — works in your gym even with no signal.
