Elephant Trackers

Elephant Trackers is a focused requirement and scope management tool for keeping project expectations organized, traceable, and under control. Designed for project managers, product owners, independent professionals, and small teams, it provides a structured way to record requirements, track decisions, and understand how scope evolves—all directly on your device. Create and organize requirements with priorities, scope categories, acceptance criteria, and clear status labels. Identify items as in-scope, candidate, deferred, or out-of-scope to maintain well-defined project boundaries. Use the approval workflow to move requirements through draft, review, approval, rejection, and superseded stages. Keep pending decisions visible and maintain a clear record of where each requirement stands. The built-in change log records revisions with timestamps, descriptions, and reasons, helping you preserve the history behind important scope decisions. Impact assessment lets you connect affected tasks to changes, assign impact levels, and classify the work involved before accepting a modification. Elephantbest Trackers track dependencies between requirements to understand relationships, identify conflicts, and see how one change may affect another. Scope insights provide useful views of requirement counts, project scope, and pending approvals over time, helping you monitor changes and maintain better visibility.
