Full description
How are you gentlemen !! All Your Base is a tool for developers to quickly convert numbers between decimal, binary, hexadecimal, and octal. Enter any number into the field for any number base, and it will instantly be converted to every other base. The app will additionally display how many bits are needed to encode this number as an unsigned integer. If you want to know the maximum value you can represent with a fixed number of bits, enter the number of bits available into the "Bits Used" field, and the maximum value will be displayed in every other field.
