ECR App is a restricted-use Android application developed for authorized health department and family planning service providers to record family planning client services, follow-up visits, and contraceptive commodity consumption for official programme reporting. This app is not intended for public use. Access is limited to authorized users only. The app does not provide public registration or in-app account creation. User accounts are created, approved, and managed through the authorized web-based administrative interface by designated health department/programme administrators. The ECR App supports facility-level recording of family planning services and helps improve contraceptive logistics visibility by linking service delivery data with commodity consumption reporting. The app may support offline data entry and synchronization when internet connectivity is available. Data recorded through the app is used only for official health department, family planning programme, logistics management, monitoring, audit, and reporting purposes.
