Starter Set: Dumbbell Workouts

Bought dumbbells, a walking pad or an exercise bike, and not sure what to do with them? Starter Set is a home workout coach for the gear you already own, made for complete beginners. Tell it what's in your home gym and how much time you have. It builds a workout plan from only that equipment, teaches every exercise from zero, and adjusts after every session: heavier when you're ready, lighter when it was a grind. ★ BUILT AROUND YOUR EQUIPMENT • Adjustable or fixed dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell and plates, squat rack, bench, cable machine, resistance bands, suspension trainer, walking pad, treadmill, exercise bike, rower, elliptical, stair climber, jump rope, or no equipment at all • Uses your real dumbbell steps and barbell plates, so every weight it asks for is one you can load • New gear? Add it and your routine adapts, with a clear note on what changed ★ LEARN EVERY EXERCISE • Photos, plain-English setup, simple cues and what you should feel • Common mistakes to avoid, written for beginners • Sensitive knees, back or shoulders? Exercises that aggravate them are swapped out ★ A COACH THAT ADAPTS • Rate each exercise Easy, Just right or Hard, and your next workout changes • Progressive overload made simple: more weight when you hit your reps, less when you struggle • Level up as you master moves: chair squat → goblet squat → split squat ★ CAMERA COACH: REP COUNTER + FORM CHECK (PRO) • Prop your phone up and it counts your reps out loud • Gentle form cues like "go a little deeper" and "chest up" • Runs on your phone. No video is recorded or uploaded ★ CARDIO ON YOUR MACHINES • Walking pad and treadmill workouts that build week by week • Exercise bike, rower, elliptical, stair climber and jump rope intervals with a big, easy-to-read timer ★ WATCH STATS (OPTIONAL) • Connect Health Connect and each workout summary shows your heart rate and active calories from your watch or band for that session, so you can see how hard you worked • Read-only: Starter Set never writes to Health Connect, and the data stays on your phone ★ STAY CONSISTENT • Choose your training days, 15, 25 or 40-minute workouts, and a reminder time • A free 10-minute workout for busy days • Weekly progress, streaks and your strength gains over time ★ PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no sign-up. Your plan and history stay on your phone. On supported phones, the AI coach runs on-device with Gemini Nano.
