Feel Journal

Feel Journal is a calm, beautifully designed space to check in with yourself every day. Log how you're feeling, track your energy, and write private reflections — then watch your emotional patterns emerge over time. Daily Check-In Choose your mood (from Low to Radiant), set your energy level, and write a freeform reflection. The whole process takes under a minute, so it actually sticks as a habit. Your Week at a Glance The dashboard shows your mood streak, your most common mood this week, and a day-by-day grid so you can see where you've checked in and what you felt. Reports & Insights Weekly mood trend charts, energy reserve tracking, and predominant mood breakdowns give you a clear picture of your emotional landscape — not just a list of entries. Journal History Browse all past entries in a clean timeline. Every check-in is stored privately and securely, backed by your personal account. Reminders Set a daily notification so you never miss a check-in. Private & Secure Your data is tied to your personal account with Firebase Auth — no one else can see your journal.
