Appointment Management Request and schedule new appointments with healthcare providers you've seen before or who are accepting new patients. Confirm or cancel appointments scheduled by your provider. Receive reminders about your upcoming appointments. Secure Messaging Communicate directly with your healthcare team. Ask about medication refills, follow up on visit instructions, or share your medical record with other physicians — all through a secure, private channel. Simple Setup Use the same email address you provided to your doctor's office to create your account and get started right away. EHRez Patient Portal is intended for use by patients of healthcare practices that use the EHRez Electronic Health Records system.
