CStoreNexus is the back office for convenience stores and gas stations. It reads the files your registers already write — no new hardware, no API, nothing to install at the pump — and turns them into the numbers you actually run on. WHAT IT DOES - Live sales. Today's total for each station, by the hour, within minutes of the sale. Departments, fuel by grade and lottery, all openable. - Shift reports that build themselves. When the register closes the day, the report is already there — departments, fuel by grade, lottery, tenders, voids and no-sales. Nothing counts until a person accepts it. - Invoices from a photograph. Photograph a vendor invoice and the lines are read, matched to your price book and checked against the totals. Cost changes are flagged before they quietly eat a margin. - Price check in the aisle. Scan a barcode and see the retail, the cost and the margin for the station you are standing in. - Labels and expiry dates. Close-to-date labels and barcode shelf sheets as a print-ready PDF, generated on the phone. - One price book across every location. A product has one identity; cost, retail and margin are per store, because that is how it really is. BUILT ON WHAT THE REGISTER WROTE Every figure can be traced to a file. The app always says which source a number came from and how fresh it is — the transaction journal arrives within minutes but is incomplete; the day-close movement documents are authoritative but arrive at close.
