Eggling

Eggling turns your phone habits into a game — and you decide if you win. Every day, your HP starts at 100. Each minute spent on YouTube, Instagram, or other dopamine apps chips away at it. Put your phone down, and your HP starts coming back. No hard blocks. No forced shutdowns. Just an honest mirror of how much your phone is winning. HOW IT WORKS • Set a daily time limit for the apps that pull you in • Your HP drops as you use them — and recovers while you don't • When HP runs low, an overlay appears as a reminder (not a wall) • Check your 7-day usage chart to spot patterns over time WHY EGGLING? Most screen time apps either block you cold or show stats you ignore. Eggling makes your screen time feel like something. Watching your HP drain in real time is more motivating than any weekly report. It's not about willpower. It's about awareness. PERFECT FOR • People who pick up their phone "just for a second" and lose an hour • Anyone who's tried screen time limits and turned them off the next day • Those who want to reduce social media without going cold turkey FEATURES ✓ Per-app daily time limits (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more) ✓ HP system — idle time restores HP automatically ✓ Low-HP overlay reminder, no forced blocking ✓ 7-day usage statistics ✓ Clean, minimal design Put your phone down. Watch your HP recover. Take back your time.
