Contingency Management: In situations like device failures, power outages, early school dismissals, or student emergencies requiring early departure, administrators can accurately record attendance for individuals or entire groups via the app. Centralized Information Management: Admin users can conveniently access and review detailed information for any student, teacher, or staff member. The app also facilitates the creation of classes and the streamlined enrollment of students and teachers. Secure Photo Management: Administrators can securely upload and manage photographs for students, teachers, and staff, enhancing the accuracy of the face recognition system. How It Works: Educational institutions and corporate administrators can leverage the AttendanceGuru.face app to efficiently communicate important information and announcements, such as vacation plans, schedule changes, exam dates, and emergency closures, to relevant groups. Parents can conveniently view their children's profiles within the app. If your institution has adopted AttendanceGuru.face, simply enable the app to begin tracking attendance reports seamlessly. Additional Change: To further enhance professionalism and user experience, we have integrated a secure in-app messaging feature, allowing administrators to have direct, trackable communication with parents and staff regarding attendance-related matters or general announcements.
