Full description

Kontest turns working out into a game you play with friends. Create a fitness challenge, invite your crew, and compete on a live leaderboard. Every workout earns XP, and Season 1 is live now. Working out alone is hard to stick with. A workout with friends is easier to show up for, and a little competition keeps everyone accountable. 🏆 FITNESS CHALLENGES WITH FRIENDS Create or join a fitness challenge in a few taps: workout challenges, step challenges, strength challenges, distance challenges and weight loss challenges. Make it private for your friends or open it to the community, then compete with friends to see who stays consistent. 🥇 SEASONS, DIVISIONS AND XP Compete in 3-month seasons. Everyone starts each season on zero, and you race up to 50 athletes in your own division. Earn XP for workouts, personal records, beating last week's volume, streak milestones, steps and nutrition. Finish near the top for bonus XP and move up a division next season. The XP breakdown shows exactly where every point came from. 💪 WORKOUT TRACKER Log every set, rep and weight with Log a Lift, save your favourite workouts as templates, and track your personal records. Short on time? Quick Record logs a session in seconds. 🤖 LEO, YOUR AI COACH Ask Leo to build a workout around your history, chat about training and nutrition, or snap a photo of your meal for an instant calorie and macro estimate. 📅 PLAN YOUR WEEK Schedule workouts up to 7 days ahead, get a reminder on the day, and start your planned workout with one tap. Missed one? Kontest offers to move it to your next free day. 🍎 NUTRITION TRACKING Log meals, hit your protein and calorie targets, save meals you eat often, and build a nutrition streak. 👟 STEPS FROM HEALTH CONNECT Connect Health Connect to count your daily steps in step challenges and earn XP for walking. 👥 WORKOUT WITH FRIENDS Train together in live workouts, follow your friends' progress, and keep each other accountable. WHO KONTEST IS FOR • New to fitness? Build a habit that sticks, one small workout at a time. • Already training hard? Push your numbers and climb your division. • Love a bit of rivalry?
