Your cigarette log starts on your wrist. Press + in Amyst on your Wear OS watch when you smoke. Your Android phone shows the cigarettes you’ve logged, your entries and your recorded patterns. Amyst requires a Wear OS watch for logging and an Android phone. Install and open Amyst on both devices. • Log from your watch, even when your phone is away. Entries appear on your phone when synced. • Press − promptly to undo a recent mistaken entry while it is still open. • See today’s count and the available entry times on your phone. • Look back at daily counts across 7 days, 30 days or saved days. • Explore the times of day your saved entries start. • Add “Today’s count” and “Since last” to compatible watch faces using Amyst’s complications. Only + adds a cigarette to your log. Your watch uses wrist-motion patterns on the watch itself to decide when to ask “Was that a smoke?” Yes and No label a motion recording; neither changes your count. You can skip the question. Your recorded patterns reflect the entries available on your phone. Several nearby presses can share one entry start time, so a separate time may not be available for every cigarette. A day without entries does not establish that you did not smoke. Sign-in is optional. Without signing in, your log and watch recordings are still uploaded under an anonymous ID that cannot be restored later. Sign in to restore your recent log on another phone. You can request account and data deletion from Settings.
