Breathe Launcher : Minimalist

# Breathe Launcher — Pause. Breathe. Decide. **A mindful launcher that gives you a moment to pause before opening distracting apps.** Ever open an app without thinking? You reach for your phone, tap an app, and suddenly you're scrolling. Breathe Launcher introduces a simple moment of awareness **before selected apps open**. **Pause. Breathe. Decide.** ### 🌿 A breath before you open Choose the apps where you want a little more intention. When you try to open one of your selected apps, Breathe Launcher shows you a short breathing moment before continuing. Take a breath. Then decide. You can **close the breather and continue to the app** whenever you want. Breathe Launcher doesn't lock you out or force you to stop using your apps. ### 🧘 Turn an impulse into a choice The goal isn't to stop you from using your phone. It's to give you a moment to ask: **"Do I actually want to open this?"** That small pause can help break the habit of automatically opening an app whenever you feel bored, restless, or distracted. ### 🎯 Choose the apps that need a pause You decide which apps should show the breather.
