EasyAavaas helps owners, managers and tenants manage paying guest (PG) properties, hostels and co-living spaces in India. The management app is free to use, with no owner subscription, per-bed fee or commission on rent. Tenants pay the property owner directly; EasyAavaas helps you record payments and review payment proof. Rent tracking and bills • Generate monthly rent records and track paid, pending and overdue amounts. • Record payments and review tenant-submitted UTRs and attachments. • Manage utility bills by room or tenant. • Download rent ledgers, tenant directories and property reports in Excel or PDF. WhatsApp reminders and AI assistant • Send scheduled rent reminders based on the property's reminder timing and notification settings. Delivery requires an available tenant WhatsApp contact. • With assistant access activated, ask about rent dues, send reminders, record received payments and handle supported property requests through WhatsApp. • Use English, Hindi, Hinglish or voice notes. Document changes require another review. • This is document-based owner review, not Aadhaar authentication, government verification or a background check.
