Binnacle: Voice Work Orders

Binnacle is the work notebook for self-employed tradespeople: locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, HVAC and maintenance technicians. Log every job by voice, keep track of what you're owed and see how much you really earn. LOG A JOB BY VOICE When a customer calls or an insurer sends you a job, tap RECORD and say it the way you'd tell a workmate: "Job for Laura Martínez at 24 Mayor Street, water leak under the kitchen sink, 120 plus VAT, Carlos does it". The AI fills in the customer, address, job, technician and amount. You check it and save. If the job arrives by email or WhatsApp, copy it and tap PASTE. CLOSE IT AND GET PAID When the job is done, close it by voice or with a tap: amount, materials and payment method (cash, card, bank transfer or Bizum). Unpaid jobs stay in Pending, so nothing slips through. KNOW WHAT YOU EARN The home screen shows income, expenses, profit, VAT and an income tax estimate for the period you choose: this week, this month, this quarter or any dates. TECHNICIANS WITH CLEAR ACCOUNTS Add the people you work with, set their commission as a percentage or a fixed amount per job, and record who collected from the customer and who paid for the materials. Binnacle works out what you owe each technician, or what they owe you, and sends the breakdown by WhatsApp. Mark jobs as settled once you've paid. INSURERS AND PROVIDERS Save the claim number and the company that sends you each job, and see how much each one brings in. EVERYTHING AT HAND Call the customer, open the address in your maps app or share the job by WhatsApp straight from the order. Filter your history by technician, customer or dates and export it to Excel for your accountant. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Your orders sync securely to your account and you can export them at any time. You can delete your account and all its data from Settings. The VAT and income tax figures are estimates based on the rates you set. They help you plan, but they don't replace your accountant. SUBSCRIPTION Binnacle requires a subscription to Binnacle Premium, monthly or annual, with the same features in both. The first 300 subscribers get a 2-week free trial (new subscribers only). Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current period.
