Data only leaves Sip when you choose to use a paired watch, create a backup or enable Health Connect. NO ADS OR UPSELLS No banners, pop-ups, video interruptions or features hidden behind a premium tier. Open Sip, log a drink and get on with your day. WORKS WITH HEALTH CONNECT If you enable it, Sip adds the hydration you record to Health Connect, Android’s health-data platform. Sip only requests permission to write hydration records. It never reads your steps, sleep, workouts or other health information. You control which other apps can access Health Connect data. Turn the integration off and Sip keeps your history within the app. ONE TAP TO LOG One large button logs a glass. Set quick sizes for your usual mug, bottle or pint, then add a home-screen widget to record a drink without opening the app. YOUR HISTORY, KEPT PROPERLY Clean weekly, monthly and yearly charts help you see patterns rather than only today’s number. Your complete record remains available without an account, subscription or expiry date. You can also create a portable backup whenever you choose.
