OdometerIQ: Mile & Mileage Log

Odometer IQ turns every mile you drive into a clean, organized, tax-ready record - automatically. Built for gig drivers, 1099 contractors, real-estate agents, sales reps, consultants, and any self-employed person whose vehicle is a business expense. AUTOMATIC MILEAGE TRACKING - GPS auto-detects your drives in the background and logs start and end, distance, and route. - Auto-classification sorts business vs. personal - you just confirm. - Smart pause & merge keeps one trip as one trip, even through stops and lights. BUILT FOR A REAL TAX RECORD - Standard-rate reports use the current IRS business mileage rate, applied per drive by the date it happened - so a report spanning a mid-year rate change is correct on both sides of it. - Every report stores the rate it was generated with, so past reports stay accurate after the IRS changes the number. - Schedule C figures ready for TurboTax and H&R Block, with CSV and .TXF export. - Odometer-photo record: weekly prompts, attached to your logs, for an audit-ready trail. Snap, retake, and edit the date anytime. - One-click export: PDF report, CSV, and a complete audit pack. - Email reports straight to your accountant or bookkeeper. MORE THAN A COUNTER - Multi-vehicle support with per-vehicle mileage. - Multi-gig work profiles - separate rates for each gig and your own business. - Named locations for home, office, and client sites. - Route planner: keep lists for customers, errands, or deliveries. Add addresses by typing, pasting a list, or importing a spreadsheet (Salesforce exports too), then pick your stops and build a route in your own order or a shorter one, avoiding tolls, highways, or ferries. - Reconstruct past drives you forgot to log; group round trips into one. FOR TEAMS & BUSINESSES - Create a shared organization, group drivers into teams, assign roles and titles, and invite members by email. - Every driver's business miles roll up into team totals and mileage reimbursement at your company rate, with per-driver reports. - One simple team plan, per seat - the same fair price as individuals. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Your personal drives are never shown to your employer - only trips you classify as business can appear to your team. - Sensitive data, like routes and addresses, is encrypted at rest. - Export or delete your data anytime - you own it. PRICING - 7-day free trial - no credit card to start. - Then $6.99/week, $12.99/month, or $99.99/year. Cancel anytime. - Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
