Full description

Scanimo is a Pokémon card scanner and digital binder built for young collectors and their families. Point the camera at a card. Scanimo identifies it, shows an estimated market value when one is available, and explains what makes the card interesting — HP, type, rarity, attacks, evolution, Power Score, and Cool Score — in language kids actually understand. Kids can see what their cards are worth without being sold to. Scanimo has no marketplace, no buying, no selling, no trading, no open chat, and no public profiles. WHAT KIDS CAN DO • Scan a Pokémon card and identify the exact card and set • See a clearly labeled estimated market value when available • Build a digital binder and browse the whole collection • See an estimated collection total and what share of cards have values • Learn card stats, rarity, and what makes each card special • Compare binders with people they already know using private friend codes ABOUT ESTIMATED VALUES Estimates reflect raw, ungraded, Near Mint market data in USD. They are informational references, not appraisals or guaranteed sale prices. A card's real value depends on its condition, exact version, demand, and timing. Some cards do not have an available estimate. BUILT FOR KIDS, TRUSTED BY PARENTS • No marketplace, buying, selling, or trading • No open chat, social feed, or direct messaging • No public profiles, public search, or stranger discovery • No email address required to get started • Friend connections use app-generated codes for people kids already know Scanimo is an independent educational app and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company.
