DroneBundle

Your jobs, your schedule, and your photo uploads on the phone. Update status from the site, assign pilots, review flights, and keep the team talking on the project. DroneBundle is the field companion for drone teams that already run their operations on DroneBundle. Pilots use it to see what they are flying today, update job status from the site, and upload photos straight from the phone. Managers use it to check the schedule, assign pilots, review flight reports, and keep an eye on everything in progress. WHAT YOU CAN DO Your jobs, on site See every job assigned to you with the schedule, location, notes, and capture requirements. Update the status as work moves forward, without waiting to get back to a desk. Photos from the field Take photos with the camera or pick them from your library, then upload them into the right category on a job or a project. Progress shows for each photo and anything that fails can be retried. Airspace before you fly Search an address or tap the map to check a spot. In the US you see controlled airspace, the LAANC grid with the altitude you can get approved instantly, temporary flight restrictions, national parks, stadiums, power lines and obstacles. Across Europe you see the official drone zones each country publishes. Check the weather and daylight for the hour you plan to fly and save the places you return to. The whole schedule Managers get a timeline and a calendar view of every job in the workspace, with filters for status, pilot, project, priority and job type. Turn the phone sideways and the schedule opens in landscape. Projects and files Browse projects, open the files attached to them, and add new ones. Preview or download anything you need to have with you. Discussions Message your team on a project, mention people directly, and keep the conversation attached to the work instead of scattered across other apps. Flight reports Pilots see their approved flights. Managers approve or reject completed flights with notes, and can revert an approval if something needs another look. Equipment, team and documents Look up who is available, what equipment is where, and the documents your team needs on site. BUILT AROUND YOUR ROLE The app adapts to who you are. Pilots land on their own work. Managers land on an overview of the whole workspace. Nobody sees more than their permissions allow. REQUIRES AN EXISTING ACCOUNT DroneBundle is a subscription product for drone service companies and in-house drone programs. You need a DroneBundle account to sign in, and accounts are created by your organization's administrator on the web dashboard. If your company does not use DroneBundle yet, visit dronebundle.com. Creating projects, editing structural details, invoicing and account administration stay on the web dashboard. This app covers the parts of the job that happen away from a desk. The airspace map is for planning only. It does not grant permission to fly, and you remain responsible for your own pre-flight checks.
