Tandapp: Tanda Savings Group

Tandapp is the modern organizer and trust ledger for your tandas, rotating savings, and money pools. Keep every round clear, verify payment proofs, track whose turn it is to receive the payout, and eliminate group disputes. Whether you call it a tanda, cundina, tontine, susu, chit fund, or money club, coordinating group savings with notebooks and scattered chat messages leads to misunderstandings. Tandapp centralizes your entire savings circle in one reliable app. Clear Turn and Round Management • See the active round number, collection dates, and payment deadlines at a glance. • Track the payout schedule and know exactly whose turn is active to receive the pot. • Assign fixed turn numbers or let the organizer randomize turns for fairness. • Monitor progress across the entire cycle from the first round to the final payout. Payment Status and Trust Ledger • Instant transparency: see immediately who has paid, who is pending, and who is overdue. • Upload and inspect payment receipts and transaction proofs directly in the group ledger. • The current receiver or organizer confirms payments as they arrive. • Complete audit trail so every member shares the exact same records. Built-in Group Coordination and Chat • Dedicated group chat designed specifically around your tanda. • Automatic system notices for round transitions, payment receipts, and deadline reminders. • Keep group agreements, rules, and contribution guidelines pinned and accessible. • In-app reporting and dispute resolution tools to protect trust within the circle. Simple Organizer Controls • Create a tanda lobby, invite trusted members with a single invite link or code. • Set the contribution amount, payout schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), and group rules. • Review member status before starting the tanda to ensure everyone is committed.
