DrivrMate

You built the client relationships. Drivrmate gives you the software to run them like a business. Drivrmate is the booking app for independent drivers and couriers who already have their own clients — regulars, airport runs, medical transport, corporate accounts, local courier routes. Your clients book you directly from their phone. There is no marketplace, no matching, and no commission on anything you earn. YOUR CLIENTS BOOK YOU DIRECTLY Share your personal QR code or your six-character driver code. Your client scans it, installs Drivrmate, and you are connected for good — from then on they book you in a few taps. Your profile, your vehicle, your name on the booking. SET YOUR OWN PRICES Charge a flat rate or a metered rate — base fare plus per mile plus per minute — with a minimum charge. Then add rules for the things that actually cost you money: late nights, weekends, a specific zone or airport, long pickups far from home, extra items, or a standing rate for a favorite client. Set them once and every job is quoted for you automatically. RIDES AND COURIER RUNS Take passenger trips, personal courier and errand runs, or both. Item counts, delivery notes, recipient details, and photo confirmation at pickup and drop-off. BOOK NOW OR BOOK AHEAD Go online for immediate requests, or publish your weekly hours and blackout dates and let clients book into your open slots weeks in advance. Both of you get a reminder the night before and thirty minutes out, so nobody is left standing on a curb. GET PAID WITHOUT CHASING ANYONE Your client's card is charged when the job is finished, and the money goes to your bank account through Stripe. Every job shows the fare, the card processing fee, and exactly what you keep. Receipts are emailed to your client automatically. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS Earnings for today, this week, and this month, with rides and courier work counted separately, plus payout history and a full job log. YOUR OWN PROMO CODES Create discount codes for your clients — a first-ride offer, a loyalty rate, a holiday special. You decide the discount, the expiry, and how many times each client can use it. INVITED BY YOUR DRIVER? Install Drivrmate, enter the code your driver gave you, and you can book them straight from your phone. See their profile and vehicle before they arrive, watch them approach on the map, share a live trip link with someone at home, pay with a saved card, and get a receipt by email. Connect to as many drivers as you use. PRICING One flat monthly subscription, billed to you as the driver. No commission on any booking, ever — not on your first ride and not on your thousandth. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and cancelling during the trial costs you nothing. Card payments are processed by Stripe at their standard rate; that fee goes to Stripe, not to Drivrmate. Riders and courier clients never pay a subscription. Drivrmate is software for independent operators. We never dispatch jobs, never set your prices, and never hand your clients to another driver. You are the business. This is your tool.
