We do not promise a fixed or guaranteed income. YOUR DOCUMENTS AND PRIVACY Your documents are used only to verify your identity and eligibility, and are handled under our Privacy Policy: https://drivesathi.in/privacy NEED HELP? Write to [email protected] or raise a support ticket from the app. This app is for driver partners. If you want to book a driver for your own car, download the DriveSathi Customer app. DriveSathi is a driver-matching platform. We do not provide taxis or rental cars, and we are not an employer. Why I wrote it this way (as the approver) - "No car or taxi needed" leads, because that's your real differentiator — a driver with no vehicle can still earn. It matches the live /drivers page. - The verification fee is disclosed. It's genuinely charged; hiding it is the #1 cause of listing complaints. - No income promise — "earn on your schedule" plus an explicit "we do not promise a fixed or guaranteed income" keeps you clear of Play's gig-work misleading-claims policy. - Documents are named (Aadhaar, licence, PAN, photo) so the listing matches your Data safety declaration — mismatches get apps rejected. - "This app is for driver partners…" avoids the most common bad-rating cause: customers installing the wrong app. Want me to write the customer app listing next, or the screenshots/feature-graphic plan for the driver app?
