Vorthix Daily Journal

Vorthix Daily Journal is a private writing space that helps you build a consistent journaling habit. Every day you write, your effort gets recorded — and the calendar heatmap makes it satisfying to watch your consistency grow over time. The main journal feed shows your past entries as clean cards with a date, a short preview, and a word count. Tap the plus button to open the full-screen editor, which slides up smoothly and gets out of your way so you can focus on writing. The calendar view plots every day of the year into a color-coded grid. Days with no entry are left light gray. As your word count grows, the color warms from pale amber toward a deep orange. Tapping any colored cell opens that day's entry in a read-only view, with the option to switch into edit mode. The stats screen gives you a straightforward look at your writing over time: total entries, total words, average words per entry, most active day of the week, and a 30-day bar chart built without external libraries. No clutter, just the numbers that matter. The app uses a warm off-white crosshatch background, a collapsing large-title header, and lightweight animated placeholders on empty screens. Light theme only.
