Full description

RayChat is a private, invite-only messenger for families and trusted groups. Access is managed by a RayChat administrator, so there is no public registration or group discovery. Stay connected in private groups: • Send text messages • Share photos, videos, and PDF documents • Use private message reactions • Receive privacy-focused activity notifications • Personalize the app theme and chat wallpaper Group controls include administrator-managed membership, posting permissions, allowed media types, configurable media retention, view-once media, and individual download access. RayChat protects account access with one-time-code verification and device-based sessions. Optional approximate location can help administrators recognize unusual device access. Generic notifications hide sender and message content, and Android screen protection discourages screenshots and screen recording through standard operating-system features. An existing RayChat invitation is required. Contact your RayChat administrator if you need access.

What's new

• Improved reply gestures to prevent accidental replies. • Improved video playback and conversation navigation. • Added better jump-to-latest behavior for new messages. • Improved connection and server-reachability error messages. • Includes notification, reaction, and chat usability improvements.
