ST407 Administrador es la aplicación oficial para administrar y operar el indicador de pesaje ST407 desde su dispositivo Android. Conéctese por WiFi al indicador y gestione toda la alimentación del ganado: recetas, guías, ingredientes, autónomos y el historial completo de pesadas, con analíticas para controlar desvíos entre lo esperado y lo realmente cargado o descargado. GESTIÓN POR MIXER • Cree, seleccione y elimine mixers. • Todos los datos (recetas, guías, pesadas) se organizan por mixer activo. ADMINISTRACIÓN DE ALIMENTACIÓN • Ingredientes: edite y envíe la lista de ingredientes al indicador. • Recetas: cree recetas por Kg o por Cabezas, con hasta 10 ingredientes. Busque, filtre, edite, envíe al indicador o impórtelas desde él. • Guías: arme guías por Kg o por Cabezas con sus lotes, y sincronícelas con el indicador. • Autónomos: programe trabajos automáticos con receta, guía, división, bachada y rango de fechas. CONTROL DE PESADAS • Consulte el historial de pesadas de carga y descarga. • Vea el detalle de cada pesada: ingredientes, lotes, pesos, horarios, SetPoint, total cargado y tiempo de mezcla. • En descargas, revise esperado vs. descargado, desviación y porcentaje de desvío. • Elimine registros puntuales o realice borrado masivo con confirmación. ANALÍTICAS • Filtre por rango temporal (diario, semanal, mensual o personalizado) y por mixer. • Analice el desempeño por Receta, por Guía y por Lote. • Compare Setpoint vs. Real y detecte diferencias positivas o negativas en cada uso. MODO REMOTO / REPETIDOR • Visualice el peso en tiempo real, la fecha/hora y la última receta y guía del indicador. • Opere a distancia: carga manual, carga por receta, descarga manual, descarga por guía y autónomos. • Siga el progreso de cada ingrediente o lote, acumule con M+ y controle funciones como LEVEL, LOCK, ZERO y STOP. • Pantalla de mezcla con cuenta regresiva según los minutos configurados en la receta. ST407 Administrador está pensada para encargados y operarios de planta que necesitan precisión, trazabilidad y control total sobre la preparación y el reparto de alimento.
