Full description
You have a camera roll full of bottles and no idea what any of them tasted like. Dramfly keeps the tasting. Pour one at home, at your local pub, at a distillery or at a tasting event, and what you noticed is still there next year. No score out of a hundred. No rankings. Nobody correcting you. START A TASTING ANYWHERE A solo pour on a Tuesday. A dram at your local pub. A distillery you drove two hours to reach. A tasting event on a Saturday afternoon. Open the app and the place you are standing in is usually already there: 47,000 pubs, 190 distilleries and tasting events across the UK. Pick one and start. THREE ACTS, ONE DRAM Dramfly paces a tasting the way you would taste it. Nose first, then palate, then finish, with a moment in between to breathe it in and take a sip. A whisky smells like one thing and tastes like another. Short of time, save it in seconds and finish the rest later. PICK YOUR FLAVOURS Eight flavour families and ninety two flavours, from fruity and peaty to winey. You already know what you tasted. YOUR PALATE TAKES A SHAPE Every dram you log feeds a picture of your own palate, drawn from the families you keep returning to. It is yours, it changes as you taste, and it looks like nobody else's. STILL THERE NEXT YEAR A photo of a whisky bottle fades into a camera roll. A logged dram stays, with the date, the place and every word you chose, so the next time you are standing in front of that bottle you are not guessing. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Distillery cellars and back rooms are not known for their reception. Log anyway. It syncs when you go back online. WHAT DRAMFLY WILL NOT DO It will not ask you to rate a whisky out of a hundred, rank you against anyone, or suggest you got it wrong. Your palate is valid. Sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook. Your tastings are yours and you can delete them whenever you want. Start with one dram.
