DragonSignUp runs the sign-up side of a dragon boat club. You post the practice, your paddlers claim seats, and the app keeps the roster straight when plans change. SIGN UP IN A TAP Open the calendar, pick a practice, and you have a seat. Sign up for a whole week of practices at once. Add a note for the coach, and edit it later without losing your place. A WAITLIST THAT MOVES ON ITS OWN When a boat fills, later sign-ups join the waitlist. If someone drops out, the paddler at the top gets the seat and a notification. Coaches don't have to chase anyone at 5pm. REMINDERS ON YOUR PHONE Get a push notification the day before a practice, when you move off the waitlist, and if an event is cancelled. Tap it to open the event. RACE-DAY LINEUPS Coaches set sides, weights and seats, and the seating tool drafts a balanced boat. Adjust it by hand or start from scratch. MORE THAN PRACTICES Pot-lucks, meetings and volunteer shifts get sign-up slots instead of seat counts, so the crew can claim the dish or the shift they'll cover. YOUR DETAILS, YOUR CALL Each paddler keeps their own name, email and phone number current, and decides whether teammates can see their number. You can delete your account from the app at any time.
