Stockroom: Order Desk

Stockroom is an order-filling logic puzzle. Customers queue at your desk, each with a ticket, and you fill the tickets strictly in order from the shelves of a small shop. HOW ORDER DESK PLAYS - Every compartment is a stack, and only the top good can be taken. - A good the current ticket wants goes straight onto it. - A good it does not want can be set aside in your satchel, which holds only two to four. - When the ticket at the desk asks for a good waiting in your satchel, tap the satchel to pack it. - Fill every ticket and the board is done. Fill the satchel with the wrong goods and the board jams. So every move is a question: what do the next customers need, and what can you afford to set aside now? 300 BOARDS, EACH ONE PROVEN SOLVABLE - Every board is fixed: the same board for every player, with no clock and no random deal. - Every board has been solved by an exhaustive search of the real rules, and its par is the best possible move count plus one. - The first boards teach the three moves one at a time. Later boards add more customers, deeper stacks, more tickets that want two kinds of goods, and a satchel that is exactly big enough and not one slot more. - Undo as many moves as you like (undone moves still count toward your total). STARS AND COINS - Clear a board at par for three stars. Each board keeps your best. - A board opens when the one before it is cleared, and your first clear of each board pays coins, spent in the Shop on boosters for Shop Street.
