Prevyu: AI Body Fat Scanner

Prevyu is an AI body fat scanner and physique tracker. Snap one photo and get an estimate of your body fat percentage, muscle index (FFMI) and shoulder-to-waist ratio. Then check in each week and watch your body composition move toward the physique you choose. Looking for a body fat calculator that works from a photo, an honest "rate my physique" app, or a progress photo tracker that tells you what actually changed? Prevyu does all three, and keeps every reading in one timeline. BODY FAT PERCENTAGE FROM ONE PHOTO Take a progress photo in good light. Prevyu draws the shoulder and waist guides on it and gives you three readings: an estimated body fat percentage, your muscle index (FFMI) and your shoulder-to-waist ratio, each with a plain meaning such as "athletic range" or "room to build". Your height and weight turn the estimate into lean mass and muscle index. CHOOSE YOUR GOAL PHYSIQUE Pick a build on a map of nine physiques, from Lean and Trim to Athletic, Muscular and Powerful, laid out by body fat and muscle. See where you stand, the route to your goal, and whether to get leaner, stronger or both. SEE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOAL Create an AI goal preview from your latest check-in and the build you picked. It illustrates the direction, never a prediction of exactly how you will look. TRACK BODY FAT AND MUSCLE OVER TIME Today shows your score toward your goal, what moved since your last check-in, and your next step. Progress charts body fat, muscle index (FFMI), weight and body measurements over 3 months, 6 months or all time, so a cut, bulk or body recomp is easy to judge. COMPARE PROGRESS PHOTOS Put any two progress photos side by side and get a verdict in plain words, the body composition numbers behind it and an area-by-area read. Prevyu flags photos taken from a different angle or distance. RATE YOUR PHYSIQUE FROM THREE ANGLES A Body Assessment uses front, side and back photos to rank your regions against each other, screen your posture and give you one training focus for the next eight weeks. ONE CLEAR NEXT STEP Coach leads with your next move. Bulk or Cut gives a clear call for where you are right now: cut, bulk, recomp or maintain. FREE AND PRO Check in as often as you like. Free includes 15 body fat readings in total, 4 comparisons or Bulk-or-Cut reads each month, your first Body Assessment and one goal preview. Prevyu Pro reads every check-in in full (body fat, muscle index and proportions) and adds the goal map on Today, the full score breakdown, more comparisons, Bulk-or-Cut reads and Body Assessments, and 3 goal previews every month. With your permission, photos are analyzed by a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) to produce readings and previews; this permission is required for readings. Prevyu is a general wellness app, not a medical device. Like any photo-based body fat scanner, its body fat, muscle index, posture and other readings are estimates and can differ from clinical body composition measurements such as DEXA or a body fat scale. Prevyu does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Privacy Policy: https://downgatelabs.com/privacy-prevyu.html Screenshots show fictional demo users; their photos are AI-generated.
