Dorian Gray

The Dorian Gray Enterprises app, for the people we manage property for and the people who live in it. This app is for people who already work with us. Accounts are issued by our office — you cannot sign up inside the app. If you rent from us or we manage your properties, this is where you keep track of it. IF YOU RENT FROM US • See what you owe and what you have already paid • Pay rent by bank transfer • File a maintenance request, add photos, and follow what happens next • Read your lease and your move-in guide whenever you need them IF WE MANAGE YOUR PROPERTIES • Follow each property you own in one place • See accounting, the ledger, and what has been spent • Track maintenance across your portfolio • Read the reports we prepare for you FOR OUR FIELD CREWS Our own employees use the same app to see the jobs assigned to them, clock in and out, take job photos, and record voice notes. While a crew member has an open shift, the app records that phone's location so the office can confirm which property they are at and how long the job took. It starts at clock-in, stops at clock-out, and shows a notification the whole time it runs. Location is only ever collected from crew members on the clock. Residents and property owners are never asked for it and it is never collected from them.
