DoorStax Property Management

DoorStax puts your entire rental operation in your pocket — whether you manage the portfolio or live in it. DoorStax is the mobile companion to the DoorStax property-management platform, built for professional property managers, landlords, and their tenants. FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS See your money clearly. Your dashboard shows what's collected, what's outstanding, and exactly who's behind — with a late list that never understates what you're owed. Act on it in two taps. See a failed or late payment, open the tenant, and collect to their payment method on file or send a payment reminder itemized down to the exact charges — April's rent, a late fee — so tenants know precisely what's due. Know how tenants pay. Autopay enrollment, payment method on file, and full payment history are visible on every tenant — no more guessing why a payment arrived or didn't. Run maintenance end to end. Tickets with photo documentation, a swipeable photo viewer with location notes on every image, vendor assignment, comment threads — and one-tap export of any ticket as a professional PDF report with the full timeline, photos, and comments. Built for owner updates, insurance claims, and deposit disputes. Manage the portfolio. Properties, units, vacancy tracking, tenant onboarding and invitations, lease renewals, and move-outs — from your phone. FOR TENANTS Pay rent in seconds by bank transfer or card, with clear pricing shown before you confirm — including your bank-payment price and card price up front. See your full history. Every charge and payment on a running ledger, with receipts for every transaction. Get problems fixed. Open maintenance requests with photos, follow progress, and message your property manager in the app. Stay informed. Payment reminders, receipts, and updates arrive as notifications — and if a payment doesn't go through, you'll know immediately, with a one-tap path to try again. BUILT LIKE A FINANCIAL TOOL, BECAUSE IT IS ONE Payments run through a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor with tokenized, vaulted payment methods — your full card number never touches DoorStax systems. Every payment path is protected against duplicate charges. Your property manager holds their own merchant account; DoorStax provides the software that connects you. DoorStax is designed for professional property management: your data is scoped to your portfolio, sensitive actions are audited, and the ledger — not guesswork — is the source of truth. Get started: property managers can sign up at doorstax.com. Tenants join through an invitation from their property manager. Questions? Visit doorstax.com or contact us through the app.
