The app keeps time quietly while you are somewhere else — talking, walking, thinking, sleeping. When you pick your phone up, you receive a haiku. Not a random haiku. One matched to exactly how long you waited. The same duration as something happening in the natural world right now — a tide turning, a fog lifting, a reed warbler finishing its nest, a glacier calving, a winter dawn arriving. You won't be told what the connection is. That's not the point. The minimum session is one minute. The maximum is yours to decide.
