Every guest chip can carry dietary flags—vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergy, kosher, halal, child meal, or a custom note. Colored rim dots and table badges surface clashes before place cards go to print. The table inspector shows occupancy, open seats, and a dietary tally so caterers get a clean brief. Mark do-not-seat pairs when two guests must not share a table; the map highlights conflicts the moment both land on the same round. Group households, link plus-ones, search the roster, and filter by unseated, dietary need, or table. Lock seating mode freezes chip positions for day-of handoff; unlock when you need to edit again.
