● Overview - ‘BlackCops’ is an application that connects to a portable wireless alarm to send SOS emergency messages in case of an emergency. - ‘BlackCops’ and the alarm are connected via Bluetooth wireless communication and offer functions such as sending SOS emergency messages, finding a phone, and LED flashing lights.. - Among the SOS emergency message sending options, the [112 Text Message] function should only be used in emergency situations. (112 is the police call number in Korea.) * An SOS message will be sent to the police 112 situation room, and the police may actually respond. False or prank reports can result in legal punishment under the law. According to the ‘112 Basic Law,’ a fine of up to 5 million KRW may be imposed. - If you accidentally press the SOS button, don’t panic; simply tap the [Whistle Button] four times in a row to stop the alarm sound and LED flashing. - The alarm cannot send SOS emergency messages or use other features without the smartphone connection, so it is essential to install the ‘BlackCops’ app. - The allowed connection range between the alarm and smartphone is within 10 meters, and the connection range may be shorter depending on the surrounding environment. - SOS emergency message transmission is not possible in situations like airplane mode or where data communication is unavailable, so please check your smartphone’s network status. - The whistle function produces high-pitched sounds, so please be cautious of close proximity to protect your hearing. - When the LED is flashing or the lantern is operating, please be cautious of using it close to your eyes for eye protection. --- ● BlackCops App Setup 1. Launch the ‘BlackCops’ app. 2. Select the desired language on the language selection screen. 3. Sign up or log in with your social login account. 4. Agree to the required terms and conditions. 5. On the product selection screen, choose the corresponding product series (BC-1000 series). * Bluetooth must be enabled. 6. On the model selection screen, choose the relevant model (4 models: BC-1000S BLACK / WHITE, BC-1000U BLACK / WHITE). 7. On the device connection screen, when the model name of the alarm ‘BLKCOPS-xxxx’ appears in the list, click it to connect. 8. Select the people you want to send emergency messages to from your contacts . --- ● Key Features 1. Lantern Function 2. Whistle Function - Generates a high-pitched sound above 10dB. 3. LED Lighting - Police car mode (3 types): RED, BLUE only light up. - Club mode (8 types): Full left/right flashing. - Wave mode (8 types): Full left/right flowing. - Rainbow mode (8 types): Full left/right continuous lighting. ● SOS Emergency Message Sending - Send emergency messages to registered contacts . - Send an emergency text message to the police 112 - The SOS screen will be displayed for 10 minutes, with the whistle sound and LED beacon flashing continuously. * This does not work when Secret Mode is ON. - Emergency messages may not be sent if the data or network status is unstable.
