Diese App reduziert den Verwaltungsaufwand für Hausverwaltungen und Eigentümer bei jedem Vorgang um mehrere Minuten. Mieter können ihre Anliegen direkt über die App melden und anschließend unkompliziert mit der Hausverwaltung chatten. Zu den gemeldeten Problemen lassen sich Bilder und Dateien hinzufügen. Die Hausverwaltung erhält sofort eine Benachrichtigung und kann den Vorgang mit wenigen Klicks an einen Handwerker weiterleiten. Der Dienstleister bekommt dann entweder eine E-Mail oder – falls als Nutzer registriert – eine direkte Systemnachricht mit der Auftragsanfrage. Nach Annahme des Auftrags erhält er alle erforderlichen Informationen und Funktionen für die Bearbeitung (wie Kontaktdaten, Chat mit dem Mieter und Bildmaterial). Über die integrierte Chatfunktion kann er direkt einen Reparaturtermin mit dem Mieter vereinbaren. Der Mieter sieht jederzeit transparent den aktuellen Status seines Anliegens. Eine praktische Erinnerungsfunktion benachrichtigt sowohl Mieter als auch Hausverwaltung automatisch, um die Problemlösung zu überprüfen. Dadurch bleiben keine Vorgänge im Alltagsgeschäft liegen. Die App bietet somit eine effiziente Lösung für alle Beteiligten – Mieter, Hausverwalter, Eigentümer und Dienstleister – um Probleme schnell und unkompliziert zu beheben.
