行動售服雲端解決方案 解決機械產業的現況： 高差旅成本 ・外銷產品巿場佔比若高，行銷全球，國外客戶交機後如機器運作發生問題時，主要由客戶直接判讀，但錯誤率高。 ・維修技師海外出差換修零件，如因問題判讀錯誤帶錯零件或無法判讀時，一再調派第二位技師支援，若為關鍵領組件調度期更長，耗費差旅成本。 問題判斷正確率低 ・直經銷客戶案件的交機與售後維修客服 ・直銷業務、維修技師或經銷代理商與國外客戶 聯絡產品報修，或其他供應鏈廠商零件故障反應等，主要採用電話及電子郵件作為溝通工具。 ・售服技師欠缺充足的產品資訊釐清或判讀問題。 維護工程師培訓期長 ・新進售後維修技師培訓採用師徒制的在職訓練模式，專業技師養成期需時半年。 ・售後技師培訓指導雖有完整的訓練流程，但培訓教材或指導說明仍採傳統紙本或電子檔案作為輔助教學工具。 ・售後服務的妥善率主要仰賴技師個人專業經驗。 替換零件的浪費 ・一般CNC母機廠在寄送替換維修件到國外代理商, 發現寄錯後, 通常不再要求寄回, 如此狀況, 一家專門以歐洲線為主的總經理稱：一年至少損失近千萬元。
