누가 막아주는 앱이 아닙니다. 내가 정한 시간을 내가 지키도록 도와주는 앱입니다. 게임 30분만 하려고 했는데 어느새 두 시간. 유튜브 잠깐 보려다 밤을 새운 경험, 누구나 있죠. 앱브레이크는 "이 앱은 오늘 이만큼만" 하고 스스로 정한 약속을 지킬 수 있게 옆에서 알려주는 도구입니다. ■ 앱별로 사용시간 한도를 직접 정합니다 • 하루 종일: 오늘 총 30분 • 시간대에만 카운트: 저녁 7시~10시 사이에만 30분 • 시간대에만 허용: 그 시간대 밖에서는 켜자마자 알림 ■ 시간이 되면 그 앱 위로 바로 알림 게임이나 영상을 보는 화면 위에 알림 카드가 뜹니다. 진동과 알림음도 함께 울려서(세기·볼륨 조절 가능) 지금이 멈출 타이밍이라는 걸 놓치지 않습니다. ■ 연장할수록 짧아지는 추가 시간 "5분만 더"를 누를 수 있지만, 누를 때마다 5분 → 4분 → 3분 → 2분 → 1분으로 줄어듭니다. 계속 미루는 대신 스스로 멈추게 되는 구조입니다. ■ 정말 필요한 날엔 "오늘만 +30분" 기본 설정은 그대로 두고 오늘 한도만 늘립니다. 자정이 지나면 원래 설정으로 돌아옵니다. ■ 절제 대시보드 — 내가 얼마나 잘 지켰는지 날짜별로 기록이 남습니다. 몇 번 연장했는지, 몇 번 스스로 닫고 나왔는지, 계획을 지킨 날은 며칠인지. 기록을 보며 "잘 해내고 있다" 또는 "내일은 조금만 더" 스스로 다짐하는 공간입니다. ■ 상태바에서 한눈에 "로블록스 12/30분"처럼 오늘 사용량과 한도가 상태바에 항상 보입니다. 알림을 누르면 바로 앱으로 이동합니다. ■ 검색으로 빠르게 설치된 앱이 많아도 이름 한 글자만 치면 바로 찾습니다. ■ 내 정보는 내 폰에만 앱 사용 기록은 기기 안에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 회원가입도 서버도 없습니다. ───────────────── 필요한 권한 • 사용 정보 접근: 제한을 설정한 앱의 사용 시간을 측정하기 위해 필요합니다. • 다른 앱 위에 표시: 시간이 됐을 때 알림 카드를 띄우기 위해 필요합니다. • 알림: 상태바에 사용량을 표시하고 감시 서비스를 유지하기 위해 필요합니다. 참고 • 앱브레이크는 다른 앱을 강제로 종료하지 않습니다.
