DocNow is the mobile companion to the DocNow EHR, built for providers who round in skilled nursing facilities, LTACs, and other post-acute settings. Build your census, open the chart at the bedside, document wounds with your camera, capture charges, and sign before you leave the building. CENSUS • Build today's census by facility and add new admits in a few taps • Mark patients seen or unseen and watch notes signed and charges captured as you go • Search and filter the roster, and open any chart straight from the row PATIENT CHART • Labs, immunizations, ADLs, encounters, and patient notes in one place • Allergies and alerts • Vitals flowsheet and trend graphs with abnormal values called out WOUND DOCUMENTATION • Photograph the wound and attach it to the assessment • Record location, measurements, tissue, and treatment • Review healing trends across visits NOTES, CHARGES, AND SIGNING • Write and edit visit notes with the correct time of service • Capture ICD-10 diagnoses and CPT charges from the encounter • Sign on your phone, or send for co-signature • Clear your incomplete tasks before you head home Everything you document on your phone is in the DocNow EHR the moment you save it.
