## Added - Resolved an issue where AI notes on Android could time out or get stuck while generating; the notes list now updates the moment a note's status changes. - Resolved an issue where visit recordings on some older Android devices could produce garbled transcripts, cut off the end of the recording, or fail to save the audio. - Resolved an issue where signing off an appointment incorrectly changed the H&P status from Generated to Recorded.
