TFRA AgroDealer Tool

The focal objective of the Agrodealer Tool mobile app, functioning as a Point of Sale (POS) system, is to enhance and streamline the distribution of fertiliser at the last mile of the agricultural farming sub-sector. This involves ensuring a seamless and efficient distribution process, guaranteeing that the right type and quantity of fertiliser reach the intended farmers accurately. Additionally, it incorporates real-time inventory management, enabling precise monitoring and control of fertiliser stocks across various agro dealers' outlets. The app also facilitates transparent and accountable sales tracking, integrates digital payment options to reduce reliance on cash transactions, and educates farmers by improving accessibility to nearby agro-dealers and providing essential information on appropriate fertiliser usage. Furthermore, the Agrodealer Tool emphasises data collection and analysis, gathering valuable insights into sales trends, fertiliser preferences, and geographical demand patterns. This data empowers informed decision-making, allowing for optimised distribution strategies and future planning. Additionally, the app supports compliance and reporting needs by aiding agro-dealers in generating necessary reports for regulatory and organisational purposes, reducing administrative burdens. It also strives to promote sustainability and environmental responsibility by encouraging the judicious use of fertilisers, aiming to minimize their ecological footprint while maximising agricultural productivity.
