Full description
Lux Meter turns your light sensor into two tools: an ambient light meter in lux and a photographer's exposure meter. A big gauge shows current brightness across 6 zones (reading, office, sleep, outdoors). The EV mode converts light into an exposure value and suggests shutter speeds per aperture at your chosen ISO — like an incident meter for film and cinema. Hold a reading, see min/avg/max, calibrate the sensor. 12 languages, switchable in-app; readings are not saved or sent off the device. Readings are for reference and vary by sensor.

What's new

A fresh new look. · Light-beam backdrop and a metal-rimmed gauge - colour zones now match the real brightness limits (10, 50, 300, 800, 5000 lux) and the needle no longer crosses the big number · Exposure: an EV scale bar and aperture-size icons at a glance · Devices without a light sensor now show a clear message · Readings are not saved, and settings are excluded from device backup
