홈스페이는 주택, 상가, 사무실, 단기임대, 기숙사 등 모든 부동산 계약의 월세나 관리비가 연체되거나 현금이 부족하신 임차인 분들이 미납되지 않도록 무이자 카드결제로 납부할 수 있게 도움을 드리는 서비스입니다. 1. 업계 최저 2%~3% 서비스 이용료 책정 - 월세(임대인 사업자): 원 결제금액의 2.9% (부가세 별도) * 1,000,000원 송금 시 총 1,031,900원 결제 - 월세(임대인 개인) 및 관리비: 원 결제금액의 3.6% (부가세 별도) * 1,000,000원 송금 시 총 1,039,600원 결제 2.거래상대방, 임대인 동의 불필요 * 임대인 등 거래상대방이 서비스에 가입할 필요없이 임차인이 결제가능하고 송금자명으로 상대방 계좌로 입금합니다 3. 예약 송금 가능 - 임대인 사업자: 예약송금 가능 (영업일 4일 이후) - 임대인 개인 및 관리비: 예약 송금 가능 (영업일 1일 이후) *주말/공휴일 제외 4. 간편결제, 분할결제 가능 * 카드 결제 시 클릭수 10회 이상 감소 * 분할결제 최대 월 3회까지 가능(1회 결제시 최소한도 5만원) 5. 무이자 할부, 포인트 적립 * 카드사별로 2~3개월 신용카드 무이자 할부 가능하며 포인트 혜택 받으세요. 6.소득공제, 임대료공제, 매입공제 비용처리 중 선택 가능 * 개인은 신용카드 소득공제 또는 월 세액공제 가능합니다. * 사업자는 서비스 이용료 부가세 매입 처리 또는 결제금액 전체에 대한 중소세 비용처리가 가능합니다.
