dpads Pro

dpads is an ambient pad synthesizer that lets you sustain a calm, evolving drone in any musical key — and switch keys or chords any time without ever cutting the sound off. Pick a root note from all 12 keys, choose a chord type (Major, Minor, or Sus2), and dpads generates a rich, layered pad using detuned oscillators and a slowly sweeping filter for that organic, "breathing" ambient texture. Change your mind mid-session? Tap a new key or chord and dpads crossfades smoothly into it — the old chord fades out while the new one fades in, with zero clicks or jarring cuts. FEATURES - 12-key chromatic selector — instantly transpose your drone - Three chord types: Major, Minor, Sus2 - Four sound textures — Smooth, Warm, Bright, and Deep — each with its own waveform character and tonal shaping - Adjustable crossfade duration, from quick blends to long ambient washes - Simple volume control - Clean, hardware-inspired interface designed to feel like a piece of studio gear WHO IT'S FOR Musicians warming up or finding a key, worship and ministry teams needing a background pad during prayer or transitions, meditation and focus sessions, sound designers prototyping textures, or anyone who wants a calming drone to work or relax to. No samples, no loops — every sound is synthesized live, so it never repeats the same way twice.
