G-Phone Record Backup (Root)

Take full control of your call history, databases, and recorder logs with G-Phone Record Backup. G-Phone Record Backup is a lightweight, high-performance local utility developed by AppRerum designed specifically for power users on root-enabled Android devices. It allows you to safely compress, encrypt, and restore the private database records and configurations of your official Google Phone (Dialer) application. --- 💎 Key Features: • AES-256 Stream Encryption: When you backup your records, they are compressed into a single archive and dynamically encrypted using dynamic AES-256 technology. Your backups are protected with an app-secured key, making them completely unreadable and unextractable by any third-party file manager or zip utility. • Seamless Device Migrations: Easily copy your encrypted backup files to a new phone or external SD card. Decryption happens automatically and transparently inside the application during a restore, with no password-typing friction. • 100% Offline Local Control: Your private phone logs and recordings never leave your device. All archiving and encryption occur strictly on-device, giving you complete data confidentiality and keeping you safe from cloud leaks. • Safe Overwrite Restores: Restoring safely overwrites database structures while preserving new recordings created on the destination device that weren't part of the backup, avoiding accidental deletion of newer WAV/M4A call files. • Modern Material UI & Theming: Re-faced with a stunning glassmorphic interface supporting high-fidelity Dark and Light color schemes. It includes monochrome launcher support that dynamically adapts to your Android system's Material You theme color accents. --- ⚠️ Critical Requirements & Technical Details: • ROOT ACCESS MANDATORY: This application is a power-user utility and requires superuser (root) privileges (Magisk, KernelSU, APatch, or SuperSU). Android's security sandbox locks private app folders; root is mandatory to access /data/data/ database directories. The app will warn you and disable primary buttons if root is missing. • GOOGLE PHONE APP COMPATIBILITY: Designed to target the official Google Phone Dialer package. It will perform a safety check on startup to verify if a compatible dialer is installed on the device. • OFFLINE UTILITY ONLY: Backups and restores are triggered manually via the Android Storage Access Framework (SAF) folder picker. No automatic background schedules or active cloud synchronizations are included in this release.
