The platform is designed to help individuals and businesses search, discover, communicate with, and engage independent service providers in a convenient and secure environment. All users on Diverge are verified, ensuring a trusted ecosystem where clients can confidently connect with providers based on their level of expertise and credentials. Whether you need a technician, designer, personal service provider, or professional expert, Diverge simplifies the entire process by offering a secure environment where all users are verified and categorized based on their level of expertise. The app is built to empower both clients and providers by giving them full control over how services are discovered, negotiated, and delivered. What Diverge Does Diverge enables users to search, discover and connect with independent service providers. The app facilitates communication and agreement between users, allowing them to arrange services directly. Users can: Browse and discover service providers by category and location View verified profiles and credentials Communicate with providers in real time Arrange service details directly with providers Diverge acts solely as a platform to connect users and does not provide services directly. Key Features (After Login-Homepage) Profile Management Within your profile, you can: Toggle your visibility ON/OFF (control whether users can find you) Edit or update your offered services Update service details, pricing, and information as needed Service discover-booking & Search Browse or search using filters such as: Category or Provider level Providers are grouped by verification levels: Each provider profile includes Verification status, Skills and experience & Certifications or licenses (if applicable). This also includes ratings and reviews from previous activity of service providers which all helps users make informed decisions before engaging a provider. Interactive: Identity-verified users include chatting, culinary etc for knowledge/info sharing about different topics Freelancers: Verified users with certifications include Plumbing, domestic help etc for day-to-day assistance Professionals: Verified users with licenses or credentials, Engineering, Marketing basically for consultation/inquiries. User Journey – choosing a service provider Tap on book a service Choose a service category or search for a service Long press for service details Proceed to marketplace Use a filter to sort by nearest, rating or online Select a provider Look through a provider profile Tap chat to engage the provider. In-App Communication as Inbox Diverge provides communication tools features that allow users to discuss and agree on service details such as scope, pricing, timing, and location etc including: Text messaging, Voice calls and Video calls After user-provider interaction and negotiation on the service, the provider sends an agreement (button in green at the top) to the user to proceed with the booking process which includes: Scope of work Pricing Wallet payments Duration (optional) Location (if required) The user will review the agreement and book the service. Note users independently agree on service terms before proceeding. Diverge facilitates communication and record keeping but does not participate in or enforce agreements between users.
