Ditch Hitch Safety Live

Ditch Hitch Safety is the field companion app for recovery operators using the Ditch Hitch system. It guides every vehicle recovery through a consistent, documented safety workflow — so each job is done the right way and recorded for the company's legal and compliance records. WHAT IT DOES • Pre-job safety checklist — step through the required safety questions before the recovery attempt. • Recovery documentation — capture before/after photos, the recovery site's GPS location, and the driver and operator names. • Digital signatures — the operator and the vehicle driver review the checklist together and sign on the device. • Works offline — complete recoveries without a connection; records sync automatically when you're back online. • Training — watch company training videos and track completion. • Notifications — receive company updates and reminders about unsynced records. WHO IT'S FOR Ditch Hitch Safety is intended for operators, supervisors and safety personnel of companies using the Ditch Hitch recovery system. An account and a company code provided by your employer are required to sign in. YOUR DATA Location, photos and signatures are collected only while you document a recovery and are stored with your company's recovery records.
